Nature sight Hojná voda is protected because of the beech-fir virgin forest. It was declared national nature sight in 1838 and it is our almost oldest nature preserve, second in age only to the Žofínský virgin forest. Hojná Voda is situated on the boundary with Austria, south of Nové Hrady.
