Castle Vlašim (Posázaví)

The Renaissance castle was rebuilt from a medieval stronghold of the French type, as can be seen from the massive tower. In the 18th and 19th century the castle was enlarged in Neo-Gothic style. From this time are romantic buildings in the park and three entrance gates with crests of the former owners. The castle collections focus mainly on the region, there is also a unique exhibition of hunting and sports guns.
