The dam Pastviny is situated eastern of Žamberk. It was built on the river Divoká Orlice in 1932-38, in altitude 469 m. The dam-lake is 7 km long and its area is 110 ha. The dam has height 43m. About 1 km under the main dam there was built second, smaller dam. The original iron bridge across the river was replaced by new, 25m high concrete bridge with 2 spans. At the banks of dam there are many recreational objects and places for swimming or camping.
