Ruins of Castle Ralsko (Českolipsko)

The castle Ralsko was built on a basalt mound, not far from Mimoň. It probably existed already in the 14th century, but the origins of this castle are unclear. In the half of the 15th century it was plundered and abandoned. In the second half of the 20th century the castle belonged to the army and today it is again open to the public. The torso of the tower offers a beautiful view.
