LOCATION AND OFFER:
This cottage is placed in a nice quiet lay in a small village of Janov nad Nisou ? quarter Malý Semerink in the attitude of about 680 metres about sea level. Some 600 metres from here there is a winter centre Severák for the fans of skiing ( 9 skitows) and the cross road of Jizerské hory ? favourite in winter for its well cared tracks for ski runners and in summer for bicycle and touristic tracks of all levels.

This chalet is favourite and recommended for spending of holiday both for families and for individuals, but also educational courses or ski schools can be held and organized here. Good leaving point for trips to Jablonec nad Nisou (museums, dam, swimming pool) or Liberec(Aquapark in entertainment centre of Babylon, ZOO, Botanical Gardens, cultural events). In the chalet ? during the winter saison - ski equipment rental, during tha summer season grill in the garden.
