Primeval hill-fort in Libušín (Okolí Prahy - sever)
|
Libušín is a triangular hill-fort with area of over 12 ha and total length of fortification walls exceeding 1 kilometer. There is the Church of St. George with a cemetery in its eastern corner. The hillfort belonged to the tribe of Czechs and dates back to the middle hillfort age in the late 9th or 10th century.
