The wooden building shaped like a Hussite keep was completed in 1920 and was named The Lookout of Freedom. In 1991, after a twenty years' pause, it was put into service again and classified as a national cultural heritage. Its height is eighteen meters and it provides a partial view of the town Tábor and its surroundings. Unfortunately, surrounding trees are slowly overgrowing it and they impede the view.
