The monastery was built in Baroque style in 1664 and the neighboring monastery church of St. Antonín Paduánský in 1677. The monastery and church buildings are simple structures corresponding with the rules of the order. The monastery consists of three one-story wings. A monastery library with ceiling paintings and painted cabinet fillers from the 18th century is among the best preserved rooms of the original monastery, which at present belongs to the order of Barefoot Carmelites.
