On Žižka Square there are many historical houses of many architectonic styles. Among the most impressive structures is the Dean Church, which is situated on the highest point of the square and dominates the town. Another dominant building of the square is former town hall where the Hussite Museum seats today.

In the middle of the square there is a renaissance fountain and a statue of Jan Žižka of Trocnov. From the houses surrounding the square we should mention Houses No. 12, 13, 16, 17, 18 and 19 and also so called Lichvic House, Skoch?s House and Ctibor?s House.
